The living room
The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people, ideal for families or groups.
A 55" television gives access to TNT channels as well as Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+.
Blackout curtains and roller shutters allow total darkness for optimal rest.
The kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook like at home: double stovetop, microwave, extractor, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary cooking utensils.
For lovers of hot drinks, you will find a Nespresso machine, a classic coffee maker and a teapot. A toaster completes the equipment.
The built-in washer/dryer allows you to travel light and enjoy a long stay with peace of mind.
The bathroom
The bathroom offers a spa atmosphere with its shower, sink and toilet in a neat and soothing space. An electric towel dryer completes the equipment for your comfort

What is the cancellation policy?
The booking is non-refundable once confirmed, except if we are entirely unable to provide the accommodation (damage, force majeure), in which case you are fully refunded.
Does the price shown include everything?
Yes: the price shown includes the stay itself, the cleaning fee and the tourist tax, all taxes included.
Is a security deposit required?
A security deposit of up to €500 is pre-authorised on your card within 24 hours before arrival. It is not charged unless damage is found, and is released within 7 days of departure.
How many people can the apartment accommodate?
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, over 44 m2.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, a Fibre connection is included.
Is the apartment close to the train station and the 24 Hours circuit?
The train station is 10 minutes on foot away, and the 24 Hours circuit is 25 minutes by car away.
