Welcome to this 44 m² apartment for 4 guests, carefully furnished and ideally located in the heart of Le Mans, a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 25-minute drive from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Bright and modern, it offers all the comfort you need for a business or leisure stay.
The open-plan living space brings together a living room with a 4K TV and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for four. The bedroom has a King Size bed and premium bedding for optimal rest. Self check-in means there is no in-person key handover, which makes it easy to arrive at a time that suits you.
The bedroom
The bedroom is equipped with a King Size bed and premium bedding for a perfect night's sleep. Blackout curtains and roller shutters provide total darkness. Enjoy Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ included on a superb 55" 4K TV. A travel cot is available on request for babies, and household linen is provided from the moment you arrive, for the whole length of your stay.
The living room
The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests, ideal for families or groups. A 55" 4K TV gives access to TNT channels (French digital terrestrial TV) as well as Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+, all over a fibre-optic Wi-Fi connection. Blackout curtains and roller shutters provide total darkness for optimal rest. A table and four chairs complete the space for shared meals.
The kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just like at home: double hob, microwave, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and all the kitchenware you need. For hot drink lovers, there is a Nespresso machine, a classic filter coffee maker and a teapot. A toaster completes the equipment. The built-in washing machine and dryer let you travel light and enjoy a long stay with complete peace of mind.
The bathroom
The bathroom offers a spa-like atmosphere, with its shower, sink and toilet in a neat and soothing space. An electric heated towel rail completes the equipment for your comfort, and a hairdryer and shower gel are provided from the moment you arrive.
The balcony
The balcony has a table and two chairs, ideal for having breakfast in the sun in complete peace.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM.
What is the cancellation policy?
The booking is non-refundable once confirmed, except if we are entirely unable to provide the accommodation (damage, force majeure), in which case you are fully refunded.
Does the price shown include everything?
Yes: the price shown includes the stay itself, the cleaning fee and the tourist tax. VAT is not applicable.
Is a security deposit required?
A deposit of up to €500 will be pre-authorised on your card before your arrival; it is not charged unless there is damage and is released no later than 7 days after the pre-authorisation.
How many people can the apartment accommodate?
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, over 44 m2.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, a Fibre connection is included.
Is the apartment close to the train station and the 24 Hours circuit?
The train station is 10 minutes on foot away, and the 24 Hours circuit is 25 minutes by car away.
